Category, dimensions, materials and colours. If the specification is not settled yet, a reference image or a link to something similar is enough to start from.

The approximate volume or number of pieces. A range is fine. Wholesale terms move with volume, so some figure is needed before anything can be quoted.
Destination
The delivery city or country, and when it is wanted. Both change what can be offered, so it is better to say at the start than to find out later.
